Whole Home Remodel

This project was a series of thoughtful updates throughout the entire home, focused on replacing builder-grade finishes with custom, character-driven details. We added built-ins, upgraded cabinetry and hardware, and created custom doors to carve out a functional home office. The work was completed with an emphasis on smart improvements that delivered big impact within a realistic budget.

Modern white kitchen with a central island, stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, and wooden accents, illuminated by natural light from two windows.
A bright, modern bathroom with white walls, large windows with shutters, a white bathtub with marble sides, light green cabinets with gold hardware, a marble countertop, a mirror, wall-mounted lamps, a small wooden stool, and decorative items like flowers and soap.

THE CHALLENGE

The home had great bones and a prime location, but identical finishes throughout made it feel dated and impersonal. The goal was to elevate the space within a defined budget, refreshing existing elements wherever possible while adding character and cohesion.

THE OUTCOME

A bright, inviting family home that feels polished and intentional. This was achieved through creative updates and strategic reuse of cabinetry and fixtures to maximize both style and budget.
